re-pack

research and project made with Bianca Nobili & Lea Ndreka, in collaboration with Axelent, showcased at Vandalorum Museum for Art & Design during the exhibition "Beyond Transportation" - 11/2022

In an era where society is growing more and more concerned about our ecological impact on the environment and our waste production, why do we still design packaging as temporary objects meant to be thrown away? What would happen if we started thinking about reusing packaging materials? RE-Pack started with an observation in the company Axelent, world leader in the production of protection systems, which led to speculating how reusable packaging could look and work, if it would be possible for companies to adopt new solutions for packaging during transportation and, maybe even to create new ways of treating packaging globally.
